Watch Jack White Perform “Over and Over and Over” on “SNL”

He also did “Connected by Love” from his new album Boarding House Reach!

Jack White was the latest musical guest on “Saturday Night Live.” He performed “Over and Over and Over” and “Connected by Love” from his new solo album, Boarding House Reach. Watch it go down below. As Annie Clark has pointed out, White played “Connected by Love” with the St. Vincent signature guitar, designed in collaboration with Ernie Ball Music Man.

Elsewhere in the episode, Jack White appeared in a bizarre sketch where he was one-third of a love triangle. The episode was hosted by comedian and former “SNL” writer John Mulaney. His opening monologue featured a Patrick Stewart impersonation. Donald Glover will host and perform as Childish Gambino on the May 5 episode.

Boarding House Reach follows his 2014 release Lazaretto. White is set to tour behind the new record later this month—the use of cell phones will be strictly prohibited at his shows. Read Pitchfork’s “Inside Jack White’s New Third Man Pressing Plant.”
